Join us for a Resident Movie Night on by the playground where will be watching “Up” (rated PG).

School has already started back, but this will give all of us a final hurrah for the summer. We will have popcorn, drinks, and candy so just bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy the movie with us under the stars!

Come support our Intimidators on Circle Night on August 27th at 7pm at The Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium (Exit 63 off I-85).

Enjoy America’s favorite past time, fireworks after the game, and watch our Property Manager throw the 1st pitch! Let’s go Scott!

In light of the continued heat wave, the Circle Walking Club are now meet Mondays at 6:30pm. All Residents are invited and encouraged to participate.

This is another awesome opportunity to mix and mingle with your fellow Residents while staying fit and in shape at absolutely no charge to you. Residents may attend or not attend as their schedule permits and we have received suggestions that participants should wear a pedometer to track their steps and progress.

Don’t fold on Poker Night!

Poker Night is back by request from our Residents!

Everyone is invited to the Clubhouse for a hand, Friday, August 20th from 8pm until the poker chips all belong to one person! Be sure to bring out your own beverages and snacks. This event is a great night of cards, raises, and bets. Come out and call a bluff!

Please come join us for an awesome Summer Meet & Greet which will start at 6pm on Wednesday, August 18th.

This event will be held at Foster’s Grille (across from Concord Mills). Delicious food and drinks, as well as clowns and entertainment will be on hand!

Don’t forget that kids eat free!

It is never easy to get out of bed on Saturday morning, but we will make it easier on you by taking care of breakfast on Saturday, August 14th at 9am.

Wash down your pancakes and bacon with some juice or coffee and get energized for the day or feel free to go back to bed for some extra rest.

Come hungry!

A clean glowing car is a pleasant sight, especially with this wonderful weather, but it can often come at a cost to the environment through excessive water use, and the effect of chemicals in detergents. Here are a few tips to keeping that car of yours shiny, while keeping Mother Earth happy.

Wash in the shade (like under our carport)!

Hot metal evaporates water incredibly quick. The more water that evaporates, the more you will need to use. Try washing your car in the shade, wait for a cloudy day, or do it early in the morning or late in the evening.

Detergent

Use an earth friendly detergent or consider not using any at all if possible. If you do use detergent, do not use any more than the recommended amount; you’ll only waste money, put more chemicals into your lawn, and you won’t get a better result.

Simple Green cleaner is known for being biodegradable and its car wash is no different. Be sure that the soaps you use are phosphate-free. Homemade car wash can be made by combining ¾ cup of powdered, chemical-free laundry detergent and a cup of liquid dish-washing detergent. Dawn is a great choice because it is environmentally friendly and won’t add any unnecessary chemicals to the mix.
